TRIUMPH TR2 RESTORATION
The Adventures of Godot

Passenger Sill
It is time to replace the sills so I have started with the passenger side. First step was to cut out the old sill after measuring door spacings and the body width. I then attacked the old sill with a grinder. This took a few hours and quite a few cutting discs I finally got it out and cleaned up the A & B pillars. I have now positioned the new sill and bolted it to the chassis but the B posts are about 10mm too wide at this time. As you can see this as al done with old panels still in place so I could keep everything in the correct position. I later removed the B pillar and rear quarter panel to replace them.
